Sometimes things just seem to fall into your lap as they say. With a loveable lab by her side, a newly rescued kitten snuggling up and the Sunday morning crossword puzzle, Nancy feels pretty darn good about the start of this day. We're in Omaha today and will be enjoying a second grandchild's graduation (high school) in a few days before heading off to Grand Rapids for a third. Return to Port Townsend next week.

A very comfortable arrangement it seems to me. I love to see a cat witha dog and look at the expression in the lab's eyes. Such trust.
Wow. What a nice photograph this one is. Peaceful and tranquility.
What a wonderful way to spend a morning.
Just the way I would want to spend a morning -- although I'd have to have a puppy in place of the kitten.
The kitten seems to be grateful - at least as grateful as a cat ever is!
The expression in the lab's eyes is priceless.
(Like Chris, "Louis" prefers le chien to le chat!)
A peaceful scene.
I have a Grandson in Snohomish graduating in June. Gongrats to yours. MB
Oh my goodness, who can resist those sweet faces?? It sounds like a great time to me! Cute, cute, cute.
