Passage to Whidbey

In the shadow of the snow-capped Olympic Mountains, the ferry Steilacoom II makes its first run of the day from downtown Port Townsend across Admiralty Inlet to Keystone on Whidbey Island.

This is a nice photo and a lovely scene. I like the ferry. It looks like it is going and coming at either end.

That's a much better shot than the ones I get from the keystone side. Closed the run today(May 21) because of weather. Winds I think. MB
