Here is one pulled from the files that was taken years ago. This is heading home to Seattle via the Inside Passage of Alaska after a fishing season in the North Pacific.
There are many Sky Watchers all over the world and they can easily be found by clicking here.

That is a seiner so I’m guessing you too might have fished on seine boats? The scene of course looks very much like something I have seen many times and I’d guess by the photo that it might have been taken in Clarence Straights?
That is really awesome. It looks like the sky is blending right into the sea
love the pic. vibrant colors. happy 08.08.08 day to you raf.
Storm a'coming? Great shot. MB
Marcel, the vessel running with us was a crabber/dragger converted from a steel hulled Gulf shrimper. From that photo I might have guessed a seiner too. I can't remember exactly where on the inside that was taken. As you know it's hundreds of miles of waterway with similar topography and weather. Was always happy the inside was there for protection though, when it was howling on the outside :)
Wow, beautiful cloud formations, wonderful capture! Bravo!
Looks a forebobing sky.
Ther is no "sell-by-date" on this one. Looks almost like home...
O my goodness! This is haunting, a little ominous and utterly beautiful!
What a great place to be! Amazing photo!
Lovely shot.
I have been dealing with rheumatoid arthritis in my hands. The chemotherapy drug doesn't stop the pain so my typing is limited.
Cool shot -- wish I was there... --Maybe not on a rocking boat, but I think you know what I mean...
Best regards, Don
Awesome is the word. Not sure I'd want to be in the boat under that cloud.
Stunning and brilliant colors! Love the sea and sky blending together! Well done!
Rhapsody in blue. Wonderful shot, but I wouldn't want to be it that boat.
WOW... fabulous picture. So interesting
It looks like the cloud is a huge wave in the sky.
Beautiful!
That's a beautiful shot. I did the Inside Passage cruise and it was spectacular. Alaska was just stunning.
Love the atmosphere in this shot:)It is what we call here in Norway: "trolsk" - that means magic!
Fabulous photo! It looks like its from a movie.
All "Louis" can say is WOW!
White, bue and beautiful reflections, great shot for SWF.
