Today's artist is Kathy Francis. Even though we met her in her new studio high on a bluff overlooking Port Townsend Bay, she's more likely to be found painting out of doors somewhere with a group of other artist friends who enjoy the en plein air style of painting.

Sounds like you're having fun. Is your wife's studio on this circuit?
de belles peintures, j'aime beaucoup le format panoramique pour la peinture.
beautiful paintings, I love the format panoramic painting.
This is so neat. The series is different and worth the time to visit.
Every time I see a tree nowadays I think of Fractal Geometry and how things really are. What a revelation that was to learn.
I am doing something very similar on my Gordon, Ohio blog. I set out to photograph and describe every house in the village where I was born.

I agree with Olivier, the panoramic series on the bottom is beautiful! Thank you for sharing these artists!
What a great idea for a series of posts.
