Three part exercise

These three pix of Mount Rainier were taken at sunrise this morning within minutes of each other, but from three different locations. The first was by the post office building uptown, the second also on a bluff uptown and the third was taken downtown at Point Hudson Marina. As I post now at the noon hour, we're enjoying a beautiful fall day of sunshine under partly cloudy blue skies. Cool temps around 50 degrees farenheit with a light bracing breeze.
Definitely getting in the mood for holiday turkey!

My girlfriend visited your town recently, and she raved about it! She wants me to come back with her for a visit. She said I'll love it. I asked her if it was as charming as Del Mar, California where we met many years ago, and she said yes and more so. Hmmm......

Beautiful! You travelled around quite quickly to catch these photos, and it looks like a perfect morning.

Mother nature really does have the best palette. Sensational.

Wasn't Rainier beautiful this morning. Wow I just couldn't get enough of it. When I took Kylee down the hill to the school bus it was 7:35 and dark out but there was Rainier--black above and black below and a band of red showing her off. I cannot seem to take night pictures and then as it got brighter I couldn't capture the color right. I am SO glad you did.

Wow, I love it up there in your neck of the woods. I almost came up for the Wooden Boat show last Sep. Will have to make it up there this spring.
