We flew out of Seattle yesterday afternoon about sunset for a trip east. After breaking through a heavy ceiling, we had clear sailing above the clouds with just enough time to grab a quick shot of the fading sunset and a waxing moon with Venus and Jupiter shining brightly in the southwest sky.

Gorgeous photo! I was beside myself when I saw the two planets aligned with the moon--not to happen again until ~2052(?) Likely I won't be around! Hoping your Thanksgiving was great and the days ahead are fun. Send pictures!
