Hanazono

One of our favorite stops when having lunch or dinner in downtown Port Townsend is Hanazono Asian Noodles. Open now for about four years, it serves up an array of dishes that competes with any of the established Asian eateries that I'm familiar with around the Puget Sound. The emphasis is on Japanese cuisine in general with wonderful Udon, Ramen and Soba noodles, Donburi rice dishes and Sushi rolls. Chef/owner Kaori also makes Tempura, Spring rolls, Kim Chee, Gyoza and a delicious Vietnamese beef Pho.

A wonderful picture, I'm hoping the cuisine can match the quality of the photograph.
