D is for delightful, delovely, and dockside


Shown here in the first image, taken last Saturday, the lovely 133 foot schooner Adventuress sits quietly at dockside awaiting a new season of sailing. She is a familiar sight around these waters, as shown in the second photo, during much of the year and plays a large role in educational programs around the Puget Sound.

Yes, somehow I missed out on visiting - my granddaughter needed watching for a bit, and normal routine went out of the window!
