Thanks for another great reminder about Nature's color wheel! And thanks for all of your support and encouragement to me. Today marks my 100th post on Gun Barrel City Daily Photo!
Great photo! Swiss Chard is DELICIOUS! I remember growing it as a child. I can't believe it's been over 25 years since I last ate it. I wonder if it will grow here in Juneau, AK. I'll have to do some experimenting.
Ah, we call it Rainbow Chard here. And it's a gorgeous vegetable garden plant that grow into towers of beautiful color. Let's go to Benjamin's place for dinner...

This photo says SUMMER! The variations in the color are really nicely captured.
I love this stuff and it's certified organic so you can even feel virtuous while you eat it (with some butter/salt/pepper/and splash of vinegar).
Thanks for confirming that ship in my photo was the Adventuress - I was not 100% certain and figured you would soon set me right if I was in error.
Rhubarb I suppose. To me it seems like the colorful vegetables taste the best. Wonder if its just a mental thing or really true.
Those colors are real? I dont think I have seen them at the walmart produce section (its the only game in town)
Great photo!
