ABC Wednesday - Oh, deer!
"Hey Mom, wait for me!" is not an unfamiliar sight around Port Townsend. Deer move freely through the town year round. While driving by the neighbor's yard, I caught this shot of them heading our way.

What a sweet shot! My mother often has deer in her yard in the early a.m.
For me, this is an incredible shot! I would never see this in Australia!

Great catch!
Delightful photo of the deer in your hometown.
Are they very destructive in the gardens though?
Bear((( )))
Good catch! But all those deer must make gardening a bit of a chore, although the one in the background looks nice enough.
well captured..
What!?!! An incredible shot. They are beautiful to behold. Thanks for sharing.

Wow! That must be a sight to behold! :D
We once saw 9 deer in our back yard. Couldn't find the camera!
So glad you had yours at the ready!
Wow, you got a great shot.
Great shot!
Did they:
A) 'Mow' your lawn?
B) 'Fertilize' your lawn?
C) 'Water" your lawn?
D) All of the above?
Waaaaaiitt! Mommmmmiiee.
Oh dear, indeed :)
Near Glacier Park last Sunday morning I saw two young deer on the left side of the highway looking like they wanted to cross the road, but were very unsure if it was wise. The sad part of this is that their brother / sister was lying dead at the right side of the highway. Sad scene.
Port Townsend is a charming place....I've been lucky to visit there one summer for a day, enjoyed a hot dog by the harbor and window shopping down the main street. I didn't know you also have deer!
