Fiddler on the green
We've enjoyed sunny, warmer weather in recent days and signs of the impending spring are showing everywhere. On a walk down the Taylor Street park steps yesterday we enjoyed the peaceful tunes of this musician sitting off to himself playing not for an audience, but perhaps as a rite of spring.

Best to be on a green instead of a roof for spring. I love the intense colors. Great find.
Still cold though. Of course us Western Washingtonians will peel down next to nothing as soon as the sun shines---who cares what the temp is. LOL MB
I can almost hear a tune!
So romantic...
Great catch and colors!
From the way he's choked up on the bow, I'd guess he's playing Old-Time. Yes? I attended Fiddle Tunes a few years back and hope to do so again sometime soon. Who knows, maybe even this year.
Looks like he found a perfect spot to nest and fiddle.
