Today started gray and rainy, but quickly changed for the better. While enjoying the morning paper and coffee, a sudden rush of sunshine came pouring through the windows and flooded the bookcase wall. A tattered, yellow fabric rose that our granddaughter had left atop a shelf caught the sunlight and my eye as well. So there it was then, a better photo for theme day than I had prepared. Nice when serendipity peeks in the window.

Serendipity is the photographer's best friend. It was fortunate sunlight that gave me my yellow. This is a very delicate delightful image.
Flower and book, Nature and Culture. Two elements for a nice photo.
Sometimes things just happen and magic happens.
Synchonicity in action. It seems to always happen when you least expect it. Lovely photo. I like the lighting.
