...he's master of his domain.A few more shots from the encounter I had about six weeks ago with a bald eagle, which I posted here. Not perfectly focused, but I was totally surprised and things moved quickly. Had not seen him before or since.

Eagles are cliche, ... but also my favorite bird. They stand alone.
I've only seen two in flight and never with my camera. You are very fortunate.

Wonder if this is the fellow I see occasionally in Gig Harbor when I'm back there... I caught him once perched waaaay up in a tree devouring a fish.
